Meaning of Passover
During Passover 2025, worshippers recite the Exodus and pray over foods placed on a platter, which the Hebrews ate in the desert after escaping slavery under Pharaoh in Egypt. On the table are unleavened bread, bitter herbs, a bone (symbolizing the sacrifice of the Passover lamb), a hard-boiled egg, celery, and haroset (a sweet mixture of fruit and nuts).
Passover is an inclusive holiday where elders tell the story to younger generations, particularly that of the ten plagues of Egypt, punishments sent by God to convince Pharaoh to free Moses' people. Passover also marks the beginning of the annual agricultural cycle.
You can contact the Passover 2025 Hotline to learn more about the meanings and details of Passover at +1 767-05-59-46. A rabbi dedicated to Passover will answer your questions about what is forbidden, what is permitted, and, above all, provide information on the list of stores that offer all kosher products authorized for Passover and household products.
